Welcome

I am a Denver native and am very familiar with the Denver Metro area. I have been investing in real estate since 2000 and working as a Realtor for the past seven years. I have experience as a real estate investor, landlord, buyer’s agent and listing agent. I focus on supplementing my real world experience with ongoing education in our industry. I am a Realtor, CVS (certified valuation specialist and CIAS (certified investor agent specialist). My experience spans fixer-up homes to luxury homes.

Working with buyers is something I really enjoy. I am happy to show as many houses as you want to see. It gives me great pleasure when we finally walk into the home where you say, “This is it!”

Before real estate, I got my BA from the University of Colorado and taught middle school English. After that, I worked in sales and marketing for over twenty years. I started my own event signage business in 2001 and did that until I decided to get my real estate license in 2010. Real Estate is fascinating and exciting for me and I enjoy every day.
